Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold by Shanghai Atlas are digital downloads (PDF files and Excel templates). There is no physical shipping β you will receive your products instantly via email after purchase.
1. Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, your digital product(s) will be delivered in two ways:
A download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout, typically within minutes of purchase.
You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your Shopify account and viewing your order history.
2. Delivery Time
Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. In most cases, you will receive your download link email within 1β5 minutes.
If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at koojasmyn@gmail.com with your order number and we will re-send the download link.
3. No Physical Shipping
Because all our products are digital:

- π« No shipping fees or customs charges
- π« No delivery delays due to location
- β Access your products from anywhere in the world
- β Download immediately after purchase
4. Download Instructions
After receiving your download link email:
- Click the download link in the email (or log into your Shopify account and go to your order page)
- The PDF and/or Excel file(s) will download to your device
- Open the file(s) with Adobe Reader (PDF) or Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Excel templates)
- Save a backup copy to your cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) for safekeeping
- For Excel templates, we recommend using Microsoft Excel for full compatibility
5. Product Updates
All purchases include free lifetime updates. When we update a product (due to policy changes, price updates, or new information), you will receive an email with a link to download the updated version. There is no additional cost for updates.
Updates are typically sent to the email used at purchase. If you change your email, please contact us to update your records.
6. Troubleshooting
Q: I didn't receive my download email.
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If not found, contact us at koojasmyn@gmail.com with your order number.
Q: The download link doesn't work.
A: Links may expire after a certain number of downloads. Contact us and we will re-send a fresh link.
Q: The PDF won't open or is corrupted.
A: Try downloading again with a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us for a replacement file.
Q: Can I download on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes, PDFs work on all devices. For Excel templates, we recommend using a computer with Microsoft Excel for the best experience.
